Patient Services Advisor - Part-time 25 hours
We are looking for someone who is friendly and enthusiastic with effective communication and customer service skills. Previous experience working in the NHS and using SystmOne is desirable. Must be able to work between 7.30am and 6.30pm on a rota basis and have flexibility to work a weekend or evening if required.
Castle Medical Group is located in the market town of Ashby de la Zouch with a patient population of 18,100.
We offer a wide range of services for our patients whether this be face to face, telephone, online or video. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent quality patient focused care.
Our practice premises have good modern facilities including a minor surgery suite and ample car parking.
The practice is well led with a friendly and supportive team. Our clinical team has a wide skill mix including 6 GP partners, salaried GPs, ANPs, paramedics, pharmacist, nurses, HCA’s, phlebotomist, and mental health practitioner.
Our clinical team is supported by an extensive and experienced management, patient services, and administration team.
We are a training practice, keen to share our knowledge and support our team to develop. Peer support is available.
We are an active member of our Primary Care Network working alongside our fellow practices.

Customer Service Apprenticeship
In conjunction with Access Training and due to our ever-growing patient population, we are excited to offer the opportunity to join our friendly team as a Customer Service Apprentice. You will receive full training and be supported to complete Level 2 Customer Service qualification as part of the Apprenticeship. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours).
We offer a wide range of services for our 18,100 patients and pride ourselves on delivering good quality, patient focused care. The practice is well-led with a supportive, mixed skilled clinical team which includes 7 GP partners, Salaried GP's, Paramedics, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Phlebotomists, Pharmacists, First Contact Practitioner and Mental Health Practitioners combined with an extensive and experienced Management, Patient Services and Administrative Team.
