As a practice we want to show our staff, patients and the community how we work together, what is important, and how we achieve our practice values in the roles we play.
SAFETY: Safety is everyone's responsibility with clear protocols and clear communication.
RESPECT: We treat everyone with dignity, kindness, we value each person's background, choices, we listen without judgement.
COMMUNICATION: We listen actively ensuring everyone understands and feels heard.
WELL-LED: We lead by example, we are professional, focus on what is right for the patients and the team.
COMMITTED: We give our best every day to our patients, staff and community, putting patients at the centre of the decisions we make.

Staff Sickness
We are currently experiencing high levels of staff sickness.
Please note: that due to this there will be a reduction in the number of appointments we have available and a much longer wait for the Sit and Wait clinic.
If you have a minor illness, please speak to a local pharmacist first. At this present time we are only able to deal with urgent problems.
We would like to thank you for your support, please bear with us.

Zero Tolerance Policy
As a practice we have a duty of care to our team and operate a zero tolerance policy in relation to unacceptable behaviour, whether this be verbal comments, violence or aggression.
We all have a responsibility to be respectful, polite and courteous to each other and ask you, our patients, to treat our staff in this manner.
We do have a process for reporting zero tolerance in the practice and any incidents that we are made aware of will be reviewed and, where necessary, contact patients. If the behaviour is deemed severe, then we may ask you to register at an alternative practice and you will be removed from our practice list.
