It offers practical, tailored support through Work and Health Coaches who work alongside individuals to improve confidence, manage health challenges, and explore employment goals.

Service access criteria

The patient must be over 16 years of age and living in or registered with a GP (included GP Surgeries listed below) or Job Centre in North West Leicestershire District. They must have the right to work in the UK.
